About us

A local outfit for a high-altitude problem

Our story

Built by people who winter at 10,000 feet

Mountain Man Snow Removal runs out of Twin Lakes, Colorado — the kind of place where "a light year" still means real snow, and a normal driveway can mean a 40% grade, a dirt surface, or a blind curve with a cliff on one side. We are not a suburban plow route that happens to cover the mountains. This is where we live.

We handle the full range of what winter does up here: driveway plowing, walkway and deck shoveling, and roof snow and ice removal once the load on a roof becomes a real hazard. Property managers and HOA roads can consolidate every address onto one account and one invoice.

Every property we service is set up once — mapped, geofenced, and priced — so crews roll out automatically once snowfall crosses your trigger. No call required, and no guesswork about whether we are coming.

Why homeowners choose us

The reasons, and none of them are marketing

We Live Here Too

Based in Twin Lakes at 10,000 feet, we know exactly which driveways ice over and which roads never see pavement.

Steep, Gravel & Ice Specialists

Dirt, gravel, hairpin curves, and steep grades — the technical mountain driveways a suburban plow route never has to handle.

No Storm Call Required

Once your property is geofenced in our system, a 2-inch trigger sends us out automatically.

Roof Snow Load Removal

When snowpack on the roof becomes a real hazard, we clear it safely — not just the driveway.

One Invoice for Multiple Properties

Property managers and HOA roads can consolidate every address onto a single account and a single bill.

We know these mountains

We live at 10,000 feet ourselves — these are our own roads, driveways, and roofs too. That means fewer surprises on steep, gravel, and shared driveways that a route built for flat suburban streets was never designed for.
